We still have a drive in not to far from where I live and lots of people still go since you can't afford to go to a closed in theater.

I had one of these. I could probably go anywhere in the house with it. I had to usually untangle it or I'd pull the phone off the wall.

And then when we didn't have to worry about going anywhere in the house with cordless phones, I'd pull the battery out when I didn't want to talk to anyone.

    Tell us more.

Don’t want to get banned so I have to be careful. My wife works in Public Health for the county. You can connect the dots.

    Remember the "decorator" colored appliances?

When I moved into my house in 1980, the appliances all came with it. The refrigerator was originally brown, but that didn't match when the previous lady decided to redecorate.

    So, she painted it.
    With a brush.
    With latex house paint!

Yes, it looked as bad as you imagine. Didn't even bother to mask, so when you opened the door, there was this brown stripe all the way around. If you tried to scrub too hard, the paint would peel off in strips. When it died years later, the guys moving in the new one thought it was funny as hell. They asked my wife if she wanted them to paint it for her.

At the age of 68, I am not doing BMX, so I don’t have a problem with wacking myself in the shins.

By the way, this day I remember smoking.

I quit on April 2 of 2008 so it has been 15 years.

That’s how long this cigar has been sitting in my toolbox getting stale.
