Remember when

I am not sure, but don't they still have that in Utah? Especially in Salt Lake City? "Religion" influence on the liquor laws? I remember several years back we went skiing there and they had some off the wall liquor rules/laws.

 

I'm pretty sure that all of those have been labeled TOO VIOLENT or otherwise OFFENSIVE.

My Father in law was a Dr and he smoked for yrs

 

I remember going to the DR and him smoking in the office after exam.
And I remember smoking on a airplane.

When I was little, I had to sit at the kitchen table and make Mom and Dad cigarettes with a Laredo cigarette maker

 

Roll your own. Some people used those to roll left hand cigarette's.

 

Neighbors had one

 

I've been off them for 20 years. I'd miss them at certain times. What I miss most are the Zippo tricks... I recently found a jar of my grandfather's Zippos. One was a black crackle. He scratched his name into it.

 

Enjoyed smoking. However, the best thing I did was quit in my early 30's.

Drug of choice.

 

Only smoked after I'd beaten the flames out. On me. Dumbass lit some brush on fire with gasoline instead of kerosene. Poof! Up the arm and across the face. The high pitched scream was me I realized. No long lasting effects except for a better respect for gasoline vapours.

 

Could’ve been a whole lot worse!!

 

Remember when you had to ride the school but for 2 hrs. and 15 mins. one way to school because you were at the end/begining of the route.

 

SCHOOL BUS , I walked ten miles each way, uphill both ways, in the middle of a blizzard, with a mouth full of porcupine quills. Bus, didn’t need no stinking bus.
