    I was sitting next to a guy who moved to NC from San Francisco at the coffee shop. He was telling the girl he was with about the smash and grabs in SF. And how his sister still lives there and she leaves her windows down all the time no matter what and leaves nothing in the car.

    Girl: "What if rains?"

    Guy: "Oh well."

    Californians should not have to fucking live like that.

    Well said dude. My buddy was a lawyer up there. Quit the firm to open a UPS Store with his wife. Closed the store in months and moved to Thailand. Why? Everything you hear on TV and the web is true. Its an absolute shithole and the hole is the center piece to the shithole my state has become. If I wasn't an hour from Santa Cruz, and hour from Napa, and two hours fro Skiing and Yosemite, I'd be out...

    Totally get it. Peter Santenello has done many videos on California, and seeing the reality in those videos is pretty eye opening. I see all of it on Twitter too. And I've done 4 trip to California in the last 6 years.

    Dude. Me and my girl will be up there for Primus this weekend at Channel 24. She's stressing on the Uber ride because of the hoods we gotta go through. Staying over next to Shriners / UC Davis Med Center at the Marriott. Had a sketch driver last time who wanted to drop us in a super sketchy location cuz his wife called. No bueno.

    I'm sorry to hear that Sac, I've had my battles with suicide myself, I was stopped from killing myself in 2003 after the cops busted in my door. It's a war that never seems to end.

    My war now is finding my dreamgirl. I wear the broken heart around my neck b/c I'm ready to accept that fate, that she will never come.

    Thinking about things that you want to experience or do and thinking that they may never happen - it makes you think, why am I living? Why shouldn't I just take that gun in my nightstand and end it now?

    There are 3 locations in the area that have them. There's one on the UNC campus. There's one in Wilson NC. And there's 2 in the front yard of a house in Raleigh.

    My friend April grew up in the bay area. She went to HS with Green Day and Billie used to call her "Papppper Roll" instead of April. She got her bachelors at Berkley. She was telling me how she used to see Primus in basements there. They'd always start with: "We're Primus and we suck." lol

    Sadly she passed in 2014 of cancer as a professor at Univ. of Southern Illinois.
