    Bought a “new” Tacoma today. When I turned on vehicle I wasn’t prompted with QR scan or code. Navigation is all white. I can access radio. Can’t add vehicle to Toyota app. Resetting system or settings and turning vehicle off doesn’t help. Google doesn’t help haha. Anyone have this problem and fix it? I’m annoyed AF.

    We had to use the SOS button to register the new owner to the app. So you just push it and wait for an agent and they will sort it out if you have the app ready.

    Whatever you do, don't hang up until you've talked to an agent.

    Dealers can sort it out, but the agent on the SOS function was the fastest. I literally work at a dealer and it was easier to call.

    I talked to brand center or whatever. They said to schedule an appointment with the nearest Toyota and have them do a factory reset. The actual dealership I bought from said he can’t do anything from where he’s at(3hrs away) and said to also go to the nearest dealership. Will try the sos tomorrow. Brand new Trailhunter and this is kinda annoying. Like being able to warm up or have the rig cooled before getting in haha.
