So I have an Audiovoxx aa-925 keyless entry system, and it has two accessory wires that can be used via the remote. How would I go about setting up a remote start only using an accessory wire? If anyone has input that would be great.

You don't. There is more to a remote start than can be provided by 1 16 ga wire.

Yes the alarm has to have to capabilities to power an ignition wire, verify that the engine is running, and give you the capabilities to disable the remote start once the key is in.

Well of course, anyone knows that. I'm looking for someone with the knowledge to setup a system using relays and such to make it work using the one wire as a signal wire to start the process.

Read the manual and that crap doesn't even tell you how to do it. Only that for option 3 you have to "hold the button for as long as you need it". Kinda crazy.

Yes, the manual doesn't state how to wire a remote start. That's why I'm asking around.

You probably need and additional device that was an option, and this thing is outdated too.

That's what I was thinking, but couldn't find a device. As far as outdated, yeah, I got it for $15 haha. But I works really good as far as keyless entry goes.

wth are you talking about, you're running additional wires from this device to your car to start it, all you need to do is run wires from your current keyless entry(option 3??remember that in the manual??) to this device to trigger the remote start function. Your current keyless doesn't even have any wires ran to specific ignition or starter functions dude.

It does actually have both ignition wires connected to the module for an ignition cut-off option for the Audiovoxx that I have, dude

The yellow 12v positive ignition wire. And then the black ignition wire, can't remember off the top of my head if it's the black or, black/white wire.

Ok. I'm leaving this here for you. GL. The relays you have to get must have the diode in them or else you'll have to remove them.
