I’m a newbie to these forums. I have a 2016 Tacoma with remote start. When I start it remotely and go to drive away the signal lights won’t work. Hazards neither. I have to shut the truck off for 10-15 minutes and manually start it for the signals to work again. Anyone have this issue. Thanks in advance.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
OEM or aftermarket remote? Might be an incorrectly wired aftermarket?

To my knowledge I didn't think they had a factory or dealer option OEM remote start. Might just need a reinitialization from the installer?

Might be able to get away with disconnecting the battery for a few minute then reconnecting it.

You have indicator lights? Rare feature. Seems like most vehicles don't

Ya. I’m old. Learned how to work them as a kid. I’m going to re read the sticker under the hood about the auto start and see where it came from. I shall return

    Cool man, let us know!

I thought if you have aftermarket auto start you'd have an after market FOB too? Can anyone confirm that?
