Got a quick question. Just purchased a remote start system with seperate remote fob. for my 06 tacoma. Was wondering after I get the system installed, will I still be able to just use the factory key to do normal starts.

Which brand did you go with? I’m looking at some too. Local installer quoted me $350 on a remote start and install... didn’t catch the brand.

Avital is made by DEI, the makers of Viper auto security systems. They make reliable products.
