Remote starter wiring problems

Have a 2018 Toyota tocoma off Road had a remote starter installed by visions electronics up here Prince George bc Canada. These people do this all the time but after the install it took me awhile to notice the rear windows quit working along with my cargo window. Toyota ran diagnostics said the problem was with the wiring for the remote, the tech who installed it says no way but said to bring it back in and he would disconnect it and see if it fixed the problem. Well I’m 400 miles from him so I disconnected it myself it was easy it’s all plug and play. Restored all the factory plugs back in place and now all my windows work again. So has anyone else had a similar problem with remote starter wiring?
