Remote Starter ??

Yesterday I hit the remote starter fob to start my truck and it kept cranking. Did this cycle 2 times and never started. I then went outside and manually started the truck with my keys. It definitely cranked for 5-6 seconds before finally starting. The truck did this last year once so I waited to post about it unit it happened again and obviously it happened. I've had zero issued since purchasing my truck brand new. Just curious if this has happened to anyone and well what should I do?? Thank You

Happens with me 1 time in 6 months regardless of weather or any other conditions (!!!)
Second attempt (by the remote starter automatically or manually by the key) it starts after 3-4 seconds of cranking.
Have no idea wtf is that. Truck is 2019 TRD OR AC LB, 6M, Autostart remote start system (using daily year around).

Happens for last 3 years
