Remote tail gate lock

Hello all first post here. I ordered the PK3B6-35JSO for my 2023 SR5 LB which according to all the videos and instructions I have found, shows the harness as a plug and play in the passenger side kick panel and running through a grommet under the passenger seat and following and zip tied to the existing body harness on the passenger side to the tailgate. However, on my truck there is not a body harness on the passenger side. So did something change on the 2023? Does the harness now have to follow the driver's side harness and is the connector plug now on the drivers side? I have searched but can't find anything referencing running the harness on drivers side. Any help would be appreciated if anyone has experience with this. If not I may have to be a trail blazer and just try jumping in harness to see which side works. Thanks Greg

Will just have to tie it to the frame

 

Also, just keep it on the passenger side.
