Does anyone know how to remove this upper outside light? I like to route the camera wire to inside from there.20241011_114013.jpg

Yeah, you have to pull the headliner and remove the four bolts holding the spoiler on. GG Offroad has a YouTube on it.

In-mirror display like the stock one?

There are four bolts under the headliner that you need to remove. They hold the spoiler on and it gives access to the third brake light. GG Offroad has a youtube on it.

My reaction to having done this is that it shows how well-built these trucks are.

Have you used these in the past? I like the idea of a digital mirror for use when the rear window gets covered by the tri-fold tonneau cover, but I don't know about it outside of that. It would be cool to get a dual camera setup for a bed camera at the same time.

I initially installed the camera inside the cabin but the quality of photo at night was not great as it was looking through the rear window and I even made a cut out in the Tint to enhance the quality but eventually had to install it outside and hid the wire as was described in the video.
