I took mine off pretty soon after I bought my truck. I was catching and scraping them whenever I was off road. I figured I would save them in case I ever felt the need to put them back on. Possibly to save the exhaust tip on an extended dirt road trip, but haven't bothered. Also figured I would pinch them between a rock and the wheel and cause more damage ripping them off then if I simply removed them.

A lot of good ideas going to think on it a little bit more. But I will have to do something can't stand the rubbing. The tire store here in Hot Springs said they will put a 2 inch leveling kit on it and trim them for me been thinking about going up to 285 x 65 17 tires.
