Removed fender cap from TRD cold air intake

    So I removed the cover from my Pro’s TRD CAI. I figure it’s capped for easy transition for a high mount snorkel used on the TH. I guess I’ll run it for awhile. Immediate impressions is a similar sound that the TH makes from the turbo. Not as pronounced as people are reporting with the SXTH but it’s noticeable.

    Should be fine as 4th gen can fit 35" tires while keeping the fender liners, so the fender area is kept clean.

    Not really, its before the filter, just like the front opening is. Any dirt is captured. It's subtle, nevertheless you can hear the turbo a bit more. I have a Grand National as my leisure vehicle, so I enjoy the sounds from the engine bays
