Removed headliner. What's the best way to remove this glued on foam?

    3" ToyTec coilovers, JBA UCA's, Bilstein 5100's
    Soak it with goo gone and get rubbing it off. A good plastic scraper will help to. Really good hairdryer or a heat gun will also help.

    I'd start out with a plastic razor blade and scrape off whatever I could, then use denatured alcohol and paper towels to remove the adhesive residue.
