It makes it unique. All that matters is if you like it, but I'll admit I do too.

Hey bud, I heated it up slightly with a heat gun. Slightly is key word here, or use a hand-held hair dryer.
Hardly any residue left on truck at all.

Rubbing alcohol works but will have to wax after. I've used Goo Gone before, also.

I was wondering that too. I plan to remove my TRD stickers on the rear of the bed. I had a dealership sticker removed at the dealer and they used an eraser wheel on a cordless drill, took maybe 5 seconds. Would that work on the TRD stickers? They are way bigger than the small individual letters that the guy removed with the eraser wheel. I do not want to screw up the paint.

TSS=Two Stupid Stripes? Just yankin your chain. I’m of the opinion that if it looks good to you, do it. I put G.I. Joe bedside decals on mine. Most people here thought it was stupid but I absolutely love it.

Step 1: Park in the sun. If it’s cold, use a hair dryer. Only needs to be warm.

Step2: Remove decals with your hands. Pulling slow usually works better. No
    razor blades!!!

Step 3: Clean off residue with goo-gone or similar product. It won’t hurt your paint but keep it off the tail light just to be safe.

It’s that easy. 16 years experience in sign making. We only used a rubber wheel on the most stubborn decals. If you’re not experienced, it’s best to keep the rotating power tools away from your paint.

Did mine two nights ago. Heat gun, goo gone, magic eraser, claybar. Took half an hour. I’ve got a bit of clouding but will polish it up this weekend.

ok thanks everyone. Goo gone does absolutely nothing on this. I already pealed the sticker and the glue got left behind. (should have heated it) I'll try one of those eraser wheels next I guess.

The stripes on the side are visually confusing to me. Plus putting fake carbon fiber on things is like a wig on a pig. I'm not kissing it.

I say if you want stripes on the side, go for the thick ones not pinstripes.

Throw these on and she might leave you lol.

soak it with goo gone, scrub with magic eraser. That worked for me - better than my erasure wheel did.

yep, soaking it is the trick. I soak a rag then hold the rag against the glue for about 30 seconds. An old credit card works good to scrape the glue off without scratching anything.
