Removing Carpet?

    Oh OK, so you didn't add the grommets back to the new carpet. Do you know if it would be possible to remove them from the original carpet to reuse them? Or does it look like it's something that needs to be purchased and installed?

    With your style, I'm not sure. Mine I reused the ones from my old carpet. When I bought the truck used, there were no mats and no retainer on the passenger side. So, I ordered the mats and the clip for the passenger side. I just cut a small slit there and pushed the retainer through the carpet. The carpet is the only thing that holds my retainer clips in on both my old and new carpet.

    Replacing everything worn, broken, and rusted.
    @AuDigger so there were no cutouts for the center console or seats? I was looking at the same site stockinteriors.com. Did the molding help or could you have just gone to Lowe's and got some carpet off a roll and cut it?

    I think it helps a lot. For the most part, it conforms pretty well. You just need to take your time and make multiple cuts. You definitely need to have sharp scissors and sharp blades for all of the cutting and trimming. To me, this stuff is a lot more flexible than what you would find at Lowes.
