    Have you tried carpet cleaners??

Mr. Clean magic eraser works great on the smooth (non fabric) stuff.

For carpets & seats....I've used different carpet cleaner sprays/foams. Lots of water & drying time.

Ultimately...I have seat covers and can remove the seat covers, spray them with carpet cleaners or laundry detergents and throw them in the wash. I did have a nasty TechRon spill that went thru my seat covers.....wasn't able to get that out entirely, but you can barely see it.
