Hey everyone. I’m still after this nasty squeek. I need to remove the cowl. Question - is there any adhesive that I would damage in doing so? Does the docket prevent water from getting into the interior?
There is a bracket attached to the firewall that I need to gain access to from under the cowl.

No adhesive. Remove wiper arm, and it will come right out. Be gentle, I removed mine every year to clean, pine needles and debris.

The clips can and do break if your not careful. I would do the air intake screen mod too while at it. Ask me how I know. Well, don't ask! Grrrr

Thanks guy. I’m gonna let the dealership deal with it. It’s still under warranty, talked to them this am and they’re gonna diagnose this damn squeak and hopefully fix it. Thanks for everything :)
