Removing crush washer from the oil pan?

    Snugtop cab high canopy.
    My 2.7l 4 has one of those. It's a plastic washer stuck to the oil pan. I thought I'd lost the washer in the oil catch pan but I couldn't find it. I put the plug back in and torqued it, no leaks.

    Just changed my oil and looked what mine is made from and its some kind of rubber.
