OK....Silver Streak Taco, 5 years old.....Still has the TRD Off Road decal on it. I'm considering taking it off. I've removed decals from vehicles before with mixed results. I've got a good commercial grade heat gun. (like a meg-hair drier) Getting the decal off is not the issue. What will I have on my hands once I get it off....? Will the paint under the decal look any different than what HASN'T been covered? Will a simple clean and wax make it blend in? Or will I be sorry I took it off?

Paint is the same under, when you get it off use goo gone to get the adhesive off. Not goof off, that will eat your clear coat.

Did that one my bedsides that were 13 years old and worked great.

Thanks....Especially the part about Goo Gone and Goof Off. My wife likes the Goof Off and I would have just gone in the house and got that!..

Took mine off last year, Bluegrass. Same year but an MGM. No issues with shadowing at all.
