Removing dust cap from return fuel line

    I'm unable to easily remove the cover on the return fuel line of this 2007 tacoma. Tried pushing back from center but doesnt budge. Dont want to push it too hard and break something else. Is there an easy way to remove this.

    It should slide off relatively easily but if it's full of dirt you may need to tap around on it and blow it out with some compressed air.
