Hey, don't ask me why I need to do this, but I'd like to get the whole door off the truck to do something.

Can I simply remove the bolts, then when I go to put it back on, screw it right back and it will be aligned just as good as it was?

Also, is there an easy way to detach the wiring?

    Thanks.

No need to drill. The paint marks will give you an easy indicator as to where to align the door when you go to reinstall it.

You could also use a fine tip sharpie to trace the hinge flange where it meets the door.

X2 to what he said. Took him no time at all! Just DON'T push the wiring back into the frame, as taco4x4ar did this and he had a tough time getting it back out! If I remember correctly, Taco4x4ar said he tapes his to the door to keep it from falling back in!
