I have to get my factory radio out in order to plug an iPod interface adapter into the harness. So, how do I get the stock unit out?

When you pull the radio be careful to not let it hang down and scrape on the dash panels underneath as you disconnect the elec plugs in the back. The dash panels are VERY easily scratched. I got a few on mine when I pulled the stock radio the first time.

Mine is CD & CD1. Different CD sources not different discs. At least that's how it is on the single CD player. Isn't there CD as source & disc up/down seperate buttons on the 6 disc player? If so, you just hit the CD button twice to alternate from CD to CD1 on the display. CD1 should be the ipod or mp3 player.

numbers 3 and 4 switch disc up/down on the radio controls. So by pressing the disc button twice I'll be able to switch into ipod mode haha?
