Removing lower plenum - 5VZ-FE

    I'm replacing gaskets/adjusting valves etc. on my 1996 5VZ-FE engine. I watched this section of Timmy's video multiple times and followed exactly what he does, making sure to remove all the bolts and nuts he mentions, including the bolt holding the clamp at the back.

    However, the lower plenum does not want to come off. There is something holding it on the back right corner (as you face the front of the truck). Any suggestions? Thanks.

    There's additional brackets on the back right.... just get a flashlight and go front to back checking for what you missed. Any bolts should either be accessible from the top or the right side. There won't be anything under it or anything tricky like that. Sometimes it's just a hose that's got you locked in
