Has anyone tried to remove any of the mini fuses from under the dash? Does the tool in the fuse box by the engine work, or would they suggest a better tool. Not interested in using something like needle nose pliers.
Going to have to remove the one that supplies power to the 12v socket. Currently have a plug in the 12v socket that is stuck and cannot remove.
    Thanks

You can get pliers for electrical made of plastic if the metal is what concerns you.

I’ve always kept a pair of needle nose in the truck for the fuses. Never had an issue.

I've removed one. The tool does work, just make sure you seat it fully on the fuse and pull from the sides so you don't open it back up.
