    Hi,

Is there a special tool required to remove the Power Socket(s) from the dash on a 2004 Tacoma. Any Ideas would be appreciated.
    Thanks

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking, but the attached Crutchfield Master Sheet includes instructions for removing the panel in which the sockets are installed. (See Figure 2 on page 2.) Once the two "retaining clips" holding the panel in place are removed, you can pull it away from the dash and unplug the power ports.

    Hi Norton,
Thanks for the response. Once I realized I had to remove the panel to access the power ports from behind, I was able to remove and replace them.

    Thanks
