Does anyone have experience with Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator?

I'm brushing off the rust and getting ready to treat the interior of the frame.
Tomorrow I will spray the exterior of the frame and other area.

Would love anyone's feedback who has used it and any tips?

I used it on the rear axle housing of my Mustang about 10 years ago and it still looks just fine. From what I remember, I just used a wire brush to clean off any loose rust and then wiped it down with brake cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Oh, and make sure you wear rubber gloves or it will be on your hands for awhile.

    www.monstaliner.com has a similar encapsulator.

Not saying it's better or worse, but you might price compare.
