Removing the interior panel with the sunglasses holder and map lights

Somehow my sunglasses got stuck in the holder. Anyone know how to remove the panel that includes the glasses holder, sos button and map lights located on the interior top of the cab? Really don't want to break anything prying on it.

 

Grab the whole thing by the edges, and give it a firm yank downwards. You’ll need to unclip a wire connector and then the whole thing just drops out. It feels like you’re going to break it, but it’s meant to get yanked out that way. If you’re really nervous try working a plastic trim tool around the edges… the little clips are in each corner
