No, last 1/3 (panel) is fixed down. So you lose full bed open option. That's why I got rid of it. Sure you can remove it with taking out one bolt. But then you have store it, somewhere. That doesn't come in handy if you out somewhere and want to pick up something big, without pre-planning. MX4 completely folds up against back of cab.

I don't see what the big deal is over some bed rail cut outs if you're installing another cover. Anyone have pictures of the rails with the cut outs?
I'm just about to swap my factory cover for a roll up soft cover so I can have easy access to the entire bed.

My mistake, I posted that the dealer charged me $800 for the tonneau cover but it was $650, they also charged me for some clear plastic molding on the edge of the doors which began peeling off within a month.

I have a short bed so only being able to fold the tonneau cover back 2/3rds of the way limited me a great deal. That damn thing was heavy and bulky to remove and install, geez.

Oh crap, I was supposed to remove those rubber plugs at the inside corners of the top rails by the cabin? I left mine in when installing it today. It was a little tight. Do they go with the rigid Oem cover?

    thanks!
