Ripped out the jump seats to add a dog bench. Added a wedge camper.
Has anyone pulled out the wheel well cubbies in their 2nd Gen, and if you did, is there a clear drop to the frame?

*Not asking about the larger cubbies by the tailgate

    Thanks for that!

Any suggestions for yanking or out? I tried a trim tool and was able to depress the clips but couldn't get it to budge

They are held in by tabs on the bottom of the cubby and with adhesive foam.

The photo above shows the locations of the two tabs and the type of adhesive foam. If you try pulling it out then just expect to break the tabs. The foam adhesive is not reusable.

This photo shows the top of the wheel well, behind the cubby.

Let me know if you want more photos.

Photos are super helpful! Thank you!!!

I'm hoping if I pull the cubby out I can drop my ground wire down toward the cab and bolt it to the frame. If I'm lucky I won't need to buy a longer ground.

That is a most excellent question!

Thanks to the photos I was able to pop up the clips and pop out the cubby. Thanks so much!
