I'm down after I get my all pro leafs, extended brake lines, and I bolt flip kit installed.
Anyone have experience installing extended brake lines?

It's fairly easy but I paid Reno Vulc $80 to do it since time is money. 1 hour and on my way.

extended brake lines are easy, just got to take the time to bleed everything well. Going to need a buddy to pump the brakes or crack the bleed valve.

Also, I believe we'd be down for a day run around the hills with you guys some time in the next month or so. Possibly take Brittony's 4runner out for it.

I am down for a dog valley BBQ. I think its still a little ways out though before the snow melts. I was out today and still a decent amount of snow pack. It all depends how the weather goes. I hope the snow melts soon though. Sick of winter, been sick of it since February. This will be my first year with a offroad vehicle and want to get out there. Also looking to do some fishing if anyone know some spots. I have a little rod setup and would like to get out and catch some fish.

I've bled my brakes before, so you just unscrew the old lines then screw these in, then depress brakes like you normally would with opening and closing the bleeder? (Making sure you keep the Basin full in the engine bay) do you clamp off the lines before hand or something?

Yeah I just unclip each of the clips on the line, have the new line handy, crack each end loose (make sure you use brake flare wrenches, standard wrenches work but are much harder for some reason) and swap the new line in as quick as possible. Keep rags nearby ;) Then top off the brake reservoir and bleed the brakes, both sides on the rear, and usually twice just to be sure theres no air in the lines still.

Got it, do I really need extended lines with a 3" tops lift?

Depends on what shocks you're running (since they'll usually be the down-travel limiter on most rigs), and in some cases just loosening the brake hard line bracket at the axle housing and tweaking it up slightly will give enough length without aftermarket extended braided lines.

I ran stock lines, just bent my hard line up a little and spaced out mounting tabs.
