I agree. Like the rest of California... A nice place to visit, but I won't live there again.

Hard to beat the weather in San Diego. I spent a Christmas there once. Bikinis at the beach... Nice!

I live in truckee now. I think people think its north lake. It is nice but a bunch of rich ass people. I go to reno to food shop and such as its to ovoided the truckee tax as I call it. Shity cali gun laws and stuff too. Its not bad but you get a lot of sf people on the weekends and they suck. I am currently trying to go to reno or carson city but sucks because I dont want to drive up for my job. I been making good money but as far as truckee money I am poor. I can not afford a place with out roommates. no real traffic and its quiet but bunch of liberal ass losers.

Is there a gate code on the Kings Row gate? And if so, do you know what it is by chance? Would love to take a drive up there sometime. @TheTanTaco

Do you know the gate code (if there is one) at the top of Kings Row by chance? That'd be helpful... if not, that's okay. @austinrauh

2007-2010 FJ Cruiser stock rims (17 in. by 7.5 in.) for sale!! Asking $250 for the set of four, including lug nuts. These rims fit Tacos (had them on my 2010). Great condition with just a few nicks here and there. Would like to sell local to the Reno/Tahoe area (Northern Cali and Northern Nevada).IMG_6262.jpg IMG_6267.jpg IMG_6266.jpg

Hey @tacobro11 there is no gate where I entered. Just head to the top of Kings Row and the access is right there. For that picture, I headed left. at the first fork

Dog Valley is one of my favorite places to explore! There are so many trails out there that most stock trucks can make it over.
Another good one is Peavine Mt. Here is the access road to the top. I tried it about a week ago and almost made it to the top but one snowbank was holding me back. By the end of this week, you should be fine!

    Here's the access for Peavine

I've been up that trail a few times. The main road is easy and it gives you access to lot's of fun trails up on the mountain. The views are nice, too!

Anyone need a grill, tow hook, or skid plate? Check my for sale ad and make an offer...I don't want to deal with shipping so I'll let them go cheap if you can pick them up.

Anyone need stock mats for a 2005-11? Could use a little cleaning but free if you want them. Tried CL and eBay with no bites.

Also have the trim button things from when I removed the front mud flaps

I am going to do my first oil change on my 3rd gen, last time dealer did and it was I dnt know a dealer I guess. Hate those places. It says on the sticker they put on it, it has mobile 1 in there. I was going to switch it up, should I stick with the mobile one for go with an other choice. I like castro in my hondas so was thinking about doing that. If they have a 0w 20
