Do what jberry said, we did the 3 leaf from wheelers on my girlfriends tacoma and need to put the overload back in or take the next step to a different leaf pack, apparently we pack to heavy when we go camping.

I would go with the new leaf pack. You'll be done the first time.

    What were we talking about?
I typed that out and only followed half the instructions.
And for the record, instructions were not clear and now my dick is stuck in the ceiling fan.

We were talking about a reno/tahoe day out off-road on July 9! Sounds like many people are in agreement with that... I suppose I can make a thread about it...

Just wanted to share this app I found with you guys since we all have trucks:
    https://www.roadie.com/
In short, its like uber but for shipping. Haven't seen any gigs in Reno yet but figured I would get the word out in case you are travelling across states.
Could also be beneficial for you fabricators that need to ship gear.

Wonder how long until the DOT shuts them down for drivers not having commercial licenses for shipping lol

yeah the government gets real creative when it comes to making rules and regulations. everything else it sucks. if it gets big they will find something to fuck with it. seems cool tho, all this new age tech stuff is great. more power for business is good.

We went up there last night just as we were getting home from camping all weekend. Unloaded our gear into the garage, and left Spanish springs around 7:30. Got to his house around 9, drove out to the truck, evaluated the situation, formed a plan and set up rigging (Brittony's 4runner with 12k winch, snatch block on a tree up hill, rear of 4runner anchored by Jason's tacoma behind to keep it from being dragged.). Kicker was we got everything hooked and ready to pull, put a little tension on the winch and then he went to start the Tundra to no avail. 1/4 tank fuel, oversize gas tank= no fuel to the pump at that angle.

So then he went to go back home and get gas cans, his buddy in a diesel Ford excursion that had followed up(and they had originally tried pulling the Tundra up with a tow strap before we came) started slipping off the trail so we had to do another half ass recovery of his rig with May's 4runner and a tow strap before Jason bombed down in the 4runner to his house for fuel.

About 11:15 PM he gets back with gas, thankfully I said get as much as he could (he was originally going to grab only his pre-filled 5gal can and 3gal rotopax from home but he scrounged up another 7 gallons for 15 total. 10 dumped in the truck and still wouldnt start, took the whole 15 to get gas to the pump. After Jason got gas sprayed in his face/eyes(can venting oversight) while filling up we finally had the Tundra running, albiet with a bit of valve clatter from the angle, and with it in 2wd let the ass end wing down hill a little, then 4wd with winch pulling got it up to the trail. Re positioned the rigging to a different tree, anchored to the rear hitch and drug the back end sideways until he was lined up with the trail. Unhooked and let him go forward to reposition higher uphill on the trail, then rehooked winch and pulled back for security until back onto solid ground. Completion: about 12:00am.
We got back home around 1:40, I took a shower to rinse off 3 days of camping/wheeling dirt and hit the hay at 2:00am, only to be up at 6:30 for work. Ya, little tired today LOL. But hey, Jason's truck is out and home, and I think no more damage than a few brush scratches. Avoided hitting trees or any boulders so overall a win. Very glad we had the 'overkill' 12k winch on the 4runner.
