Did you run a less pricey pack previously to compare it with? Ive been wondering if it’s worth the $$

TRD Baja 16x7 and I was running bfg km2 in 255/85/16 and didn't notice it but As of a few months ago I got some mastercraft cxt 255/85/16 studded for winter tires ... they seem to rub much worse on bumps and transitions . Stock ucas ... it's time I hate making decisions

A temporary fix would be wheel spacers but that might start rubbing other places.

I have some take off 1.25" BORA spacers if you're interested. Perfect condition, just ended up going wider for shock clearance on a custom setup
As for UCAs the LR's may not alleviate the rubbing as they're very similar to stock UCA but with the sealed ball joint are no more maintenance than stock. For Uniball I vote TC. We run TC on all our rigs.

I really want to go with TC but I have an insane list of things I wanted to do before ucas... maybe I'll try the damn spacers until spring when I get time to wrench around .

So, as far as uniball goes, what is the difference between TC UCA's and ALL-Pro UCA'S? Nobody ever mentions the All Pro and now I'm wondering if I made a mistake.

Customer service, and availability of parts to rebuild are the main difference.

Yeah basically TC seems to stand behind their parts better and overall has better quality IMO. Years ago there was a big ordeal of AP being accused of copying TC's parts after buying them, then making them on their own to resell instead of creating their own parts from scratch. No clue if that was true or not, but I havent seen many AP parts last like their competitors parts do so I stick to what I know works and has parts readily available to rebuild them should the need arise.

Wow I dont come on for a few days and the chatter is going strong. Nice! Posting this from my new PC build. Built my first computer. I feel proud and this is me patting my self on the back. Winter is almost over can not wait for spring. No snow should be a early season for some food camping spots. It did snow today but it wasnt much though.

No I talked to a bunch of people who ran the U402s on here compared to other packs they had. Deavers were the choice and you can order them to accommodate different amounts of constant weight you run in the bed. Almost have had them on a year and love them.
