Well Buddy & I went on my 1st solo camping trip. We headed up to .
Buddy & I had a blast & we both made some new friends.
No pizza pics, but I did make 3 great pies (2 pepperoni, sausage & bacon, 1 pepperoni & sausage) while I was there & everyone that got to try it loved it.
Bambi's mom came several times looking for pizza, but always at the wrong time.
I've already have requests for Labor Day weekend camping pizzas.

    Yep adding pounds & muscle.
He gets lots of exercise & camping trips really tire him out.
He spends a lot of time swimming & walking on camping trips.
He doesn't do much but sleep for 2 days after a trip.

    Sounds like a great co-dawg.
Luna's the same way. She's a great camp dog. Scouts the area when we get to camp, herds all the humans and dogs, swimming and shenanigans the whole time, and doesn't move except to eat and shit after we get home.

The one you and Eric made when you sheered the side gear in Moab and fucked up the axle shaft?

OK got my Taco & trailer in the garage, but still got a lot of unpacking to do.
I hooked up the 100aH gel battery for the trolling motor to the charger & it was down to 26% after a lot of hours of boating.
I switched fridge/freezer over to AC but I haven't checked to see how far it drained thew 200aH gel battery (don't have solar hooked up yet).
Curious to see how far it drained, but I got a lot of shit to unpack before I can get to it.
Today's job was to get the both in the garage & relax.
Tomorrow's job is to unpack the Taco because Wednesday it goes to get supercharged & other goodies.

Good to know. I still have my old axle and may need it if I repurpose the axle for something else.

OK I have the 200aH gel battery recharging now.
Three full days of fridge (38*) & freezer (4*) use drained it to 11.8V (49%) so it can go at least 4-5 days without a recharge.
Gotta get my solar panels hooked up

Anybody have a cool destination to do some truck glamping around Reno/Tahoe? A body of water is always good, but not necessary. Typically I go backpacking and try to get off the beaten path, but my brother had back surgery fairly recently so hiking around is kinda off the table for now.

Not really looking for any crazy wheeling, just a place to kick back with minimal (preferably zero) other people and hangout.

I know fire restrictions are crazy right now (rightfully so). Just doing a quick google search it looks like having a fire is out of the question in “western” Nevada. Is there anywhere even remotely close that would allow a campfire or am I dreaming?

Edit: would also be willing to drive to get away from the smoke

Hey I saw your post on your for sale thread. What part of Colorado are you moving to?
Any bites on your front coils?
I’m not sure anywhere around here will get you out of smoke. Have you been to hunter lake?

    Superior, up near Boulder.

I’ve had a few guys interested in them, but they fall through.

Haven’t been to hunter lake- pretty quiet up there?

    Can be quiet.

I might be interested in them before you leave....
