I dragged my old WJ on 31’s through Deer Valley from HWY 4 to Blue Lakes. Glad I had sliders for that one lol.

I keep finding (insert popular crossover model here) out in places that I wouldn't dare take one. Crazy how people will bump/drag/bounce/dent their daily driver cars into some of these remote areas. Also pretty annoying as there are several 'favorite' spots we've had in the past that would have pushed a stock TRD Tacoma and kept out most people and now the route in has all the rocks moved and tossed out of the trail to make it accessible in a crossover SUV. :annoyed:

LMFAO, that is terrifying and badass all in one comment. I hear the waterfall on Bud Canyon is stock friendly. :X

Make 4x4 trails hard again! I’ll drag my almost stock shit through some rough trails if I know there won’t be a white trash meth convention at the end of it.

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
The statement was that things were going to get worse with additional closures, leading more people to have free time + nice weather = more folks in the mountains and deserts playing.

Though I do maintain that Newscum and Sissylack are assholes for a wide variety of reasons. :)

I tried gracefully changing the subject which appears to have gone ignored.

The site has a firm no politics rule which normally equates to a mandatory 7 day vacation when ignored. Plenty of places to talk about politics and politicians on the internet. TW isn’t one of them.

Just got back into town and it feels fucking spectacular to be home. Happy to say I'm undefeated with a 4-0 record.

Can't wait to get this behind me and get back to nature...wish I could fast forward the next 30 days.

Thanks. Tomorrow the kiddos come home...haven't seen them since June 27th.

The next 30 days will be a blur of pain meds and doing my best to stem the weight loss. I'm already down 10lbs over the past 2 weeks and it'll be a struggle to consume calories that my body is burning healing. The good part of that is eating what I want when I want. My plan is to keep instacart busy and get back to eating 6 meals a day.

Ventured out of the house for the first time today. Yard is full of weeds after just 3 weeks. So much for nothing growing in the high desert.

Walked over to the lake tonight (zephyr cove) took some pictures of the comet with my phone. It was dark and quiet for a Friday night.

Welp. Gonna test my luck to try and get some time in with the rifle in the hills by 7:30am before the crowds hit. Should be a toasty day. Just have to replace the targets on the new stand

Boca was a shitshow. But meh, thankfully everyone was fairly respectful.
