Was great weather though and put some miles on the new (to me) 100 series. Did a loop from Truckee to Meadow around the back of Jackson to Bowman and then back through Sierraville.

Yeah, he does long distance matches and it was apparently pretty brutal heat. However with the wuhan bullshit this is the first match they've been able to shoot so it was mixed blessings.

Brutal is about right. I left Bishop to go hike to a lake at 11700' at about 9. By the time I got up to the lake it was noon. It was also damn near 85 degrees. At 11700'. I've never been in shorts at that altitude and felt hot. I did today. I actually jumped in the lake to cool off. lol

Hit white rock lake to paddle board today. Weather was perfect- high 70s. Every single camp spot was taken, good thing we were only going for the day. Everyone out there seemed respectful and very friendly which was nice

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
Sonora Pass - complete circus. Ever Karen and Ken must have bought/rented/borrowed a travel trailer and headed for the mountains. Stormed pretty good up there yesterday, too. Fishing was slow, but better than being at home and doing chores.

I've never taken Henness Pass Road, but it looks like there are a lot of little streams up that way. I may head out Saturday and have a look. Mostly I just wanna go fishing because mostly I hate people.

    I'm a fan of wood furniture....if it's not black mil-tec it's not scary.

I do a wood themed gift for myself every year for my cancerversary. Built this for my 7 year cancerversary. Lost it when the wooden canoe I built for my 8 year cancerversary tipped over

Nice work, shame to have lost it to the inky icy depths along with the canoe.

Looked like they got it knocked down, was just outside and didn’t see any smoke
