    Stock for now.. maybe

Well it has come to an end... Hopefully! Amazing I received them back today out of nowhere with new reseviors and hoses and rebuilt. They kept telling me they would call after the rebuild for payment and shipping. Invoice was emailed to me today. I'm going to I n stall them tomorrow and cycle/run through some ditches before my credit card get sent to them. I understand that a few things need material they didn’t have to get machined but telling someone week after week, month after month "they will be ready on Wednesday and someone will call you on Thursday for payment" was getting old.

I would have been more fine about it but they kept BSing me.

Anyways, thanks for the response and full disclosure these are my girlfriends older shocks. I was just trying to help out because no one locally in NC wanted to tackle the rebuild

Hopefully get this machine back together and back to work soon. She kept saying it was a 4K setup back when they were new but I look at the prices now... I don't understand

Glad it worked out. On another note, maybe it's just me, but i would NOT want to be workin on the front end of that jeep supported like that

I get what you are saying but that is just the backup shit. When I start working on it (same as when I took the shocks off) I will have a floor jack and 2 more jack stands.

The reason it looks funny to most is because I had to get it up super high to take off these 16" coilovers. My floor jack couldn't get it up high enough by itself. It might look janky but it's not. Look closer and you might figure it out (not a good picture I understand)

THANY YOU for your concern though, and I definitely mean that. Thank you

I work in a industry where safety is a HUGE deal, I bring that knowledge home and use it here as well. I'll post a picture tomorrow while I'm installing so you can get the full picture.

Better be safe than HURT for sure. As of now I'm glad it's worked out too

to be fair, i can't think of a better way without having an actual lift haha. its kinda funny, the "problems" we have with lifted vehicles. my prior vehicle was a sports car that had minimal clearance, so just getting the jack under the car and getting it off the ground was kind of a challenge. even then, working under it was super cramped. now i dont even have to jack the truck up to do an oil change, and to do suspension work my jack and stands are nearly maxed out. have fun and stay safe!

Didn’t know there was a deer hunting thread. Thanks for sharing. That’s a nice one.

I’ll be thinking of the elk that got away for years. Saw a great bull three days in a row the weekend before opener.

I really wish it were fake news but she said someone straight up offered her 40000. I told her she's on drugs to not take 40 for that truck. It's pretty set up but it's still an 05 with a 190k on it.
What really bums me out is she was going to sell it to me for $10k about a year ago. She told me that deal is long gone.
