both definitely things I wish I had been doing instead. Although I kept cold lagers on standby and a fan blowing. Glad some people enjoyed their weekend:thumbsup:

Edit: I should mention I did the fronts on Saturday from ~1pm to 6pm and the rears Sunday ~8am to 12pm. It takes a while when you're swearing a lot and realize after mounting the left coilover that the sway bar isn't supposed to be behind it....

Saturday was hot. Tailgate and football game. Only afternoon game of the year. Kickoff was 2:30. Left at half and went on over to truckee river off I-80 to go jump off a bridge into the water.

was rather nice once you were out of the water and just a bit damp

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
Oooo OOOO Meee Mee! I've done that!!!!!

I decided "You know what, I don't NEED a swaybar", and solved the problem with my Sawzall and lots of anger.

:rofl:Sawzall solves all! It took me a few moments of "how do I fix this without removing the just-installed coilover"...nope. Luckily it's not terribly annoying to do, but the heat made it a much bigger annoyance. I'm considering removing it entirely, but the truck rolls enough WITH it that I might not. Besides, I'm about 80% on road so it gets to stay...for now.

GTG at Rusty Taco in south Reno later this month or early October? I'll start a new thread if there's interest but I'm thinking tacos and margaritas sound pretty good.

Anyone have one wheel spacer or an inexpensive 17" wheel with enough -offset to clear 285s? An SCS gunmetal Ray10 would be ideal:D but anything would work.

Well gents I have sold the Tacoma, its been hell of a run. Pretty bitter sweet, but I think I drove my Tacoma maybe 800 miles last year. I will have another one, one day.
I am in a new super doody diesel, already getting the Carli pintop lift ordered with 37s, skid plates etc. A true trail limo...:D

I am going to keep an eye on this thread see when mild trail runs are so a ford can at least crash the party.

I have a single ProComp 17x9 -12 offset wheel where that I don't have a need for. Yours for a 12 pack of Sierra NV hazy if you want it.

I am watching it, 16s unfortunately. I will for sure snag a 17 if one comes up.

Sweet, I'll take it. PM inbound.

Hope everyone’s staying safe today. Had to leave the UNR game today once it got to the point I could smell the smoke. Saying something since usually I can barely smell things(don’t really know why but I just don’t have a sensitive nose?)

probably the single worst day over experienced so far. Hoping it leaves quickly and doesn’t hang around like last year for the 2-3 weeks of September.
