Yea, they pop VERY easily even when new and not dried out.

 

Snowed on us for a few minutes this afternoon on Mt Rose. It was definitely a nice change from the heat and smoke.

 

I have front weather tech mats if any one wants them, free.

Does anyone know of trails in the desert around the Reno area? Been living in Tahoe for years and want to explore some new areas.

 

Liners or mats? I'm a fan of the mats! If still avaliable I'll help take them off your hands!

Didn't make it as far as Denio, and didn't call to check on fuel...

 

Need to make it to Sierra buttes sometime soon. Hopefully next weekend and I’ll check on which way smokes headed. Any other cool stock third gen friendly trails y’all could think of Tahoe/truckee area?

 

Verdi peak is fun. It's pretty long. Also Watson peak is an option

 

Did verdi in the snow last winter. That’s a good one. I’ll look up Watson

 

My weekend did not go as planned. Loaded the truck on Thursday to head out to black rock for the weekend then daughter woke us up throwing up Friday morning. Saturday morning I noticed the plaster in the bathroom was looking funny and large sections of the paint were chipping off. Scraped the loose paint and found damp plaster. Cut the ceiling open and found the leak. Once I saw the extent of the damage it was clear that this has become a job for the professionals. Now I'm waiting for the contractor to get a bid for a full bathroom remodel.



Plastic on the ceiling is part of the old house charm I suppose.

 

Ugh. BTDT.

And there's some sort of stomach bug going around. I had it, some folks at work had it. Some kids at one of the schools had it. Barferiffic!
