Buddy has a KLR 650 (adventure style bike) and we planned on cruising up and over Peavine to Dog Valley area. He ended up laying the bike down in the first few hundred feet and gave up. I made the decision to go solo and went to the peak for a beer. Met a couple other riders up there that were headed to the same single track that I had my eye on.

Had a blast riding with them and put in nearly 60 miles. One ran out of gas and made it interesting as we had to get fuel from one bike to another with no tools. Luckily I've done it before and one of my hose clamps is a little loose. Would be interested in going again if anyone is ever interested.

Lots of fun roads through that area. buddy of mine took one starting at Weber and winding our way to Jackson Meadows Res. Took a few hours but absolute blast. Some of our favorite camping spots are out there around the smaller lakes that are harder to get to so usually = fewer people. Most fun we had was just pointing to a place on the map and then just going for it. If you pick up some of the Nat Geo trail maps they'll have every little road marked (usually) on them to make navigation easier. Have fun!

Any of yall have a go-to for gettin some swirls and pinstripes out in a 1 step type treatment? My paints shit. But it’s a white truck that hides a lot. Just figure I could do a little bit to help.

Are you looking for a detailer or DIY options?

I you want to take a shot at DIY this stuff worked great on my 30 year old black car. I used a long throw random orbit and three different colored foam pads, finishing with a polishing pad.

Yea somethin DIY route to learn what it’s like for the process. Dont know if I’ll take the time to do passes with 3 different pads. But my paints got enough in it that even 1 pass with the right materials should be noticeable

I’ve been seeing a lot of these for sale lately. This one seems to be a solid price. Cool trailers.

@stickyTaco thought you’d like this. Little Z3M at work. I see it this morning and start geeking and then realize whoever parked it left the damn sunroof open. So that’s my call to grab the key and close it. It’s pretty mint inside. Damn shame they put the dumbass eyelashes on it

That is a dream car. Eye lashes on that car should be a citable offense. $1000 minimum.

This one would catch about 30-36k on bring a trailer. Very attainable. Hell I’m tempted to put my number down on it so I can talk to the guy and see if he knows what he has or not lol. The 80’s hair band rock CD’s inside the car tell me he’s old.

It’s attainable for sure. sadly it is probably too old for any kind of loan, which will ensure I will probably never have one. But I can dream

Granted I do not own a house, but the way I manage my money I see it reasonable. Hell if I wanted to have a less expensive daily and trade my truck in, pocket 20k. I could buy one right now. Won’t depreciate any more… 1 of 2858

student apartments has thankfully limited me to having 1 vehicle right now. Otherwise I’d be spending so much money on a second car xD
