Lets get some more in the going catagory.
TACSNOW & friends are meeting up at my house (Pyramid & McCarran) and leaving @ 10ish. The rest can meet there also or up @ Boomtown around 10:15ish. Let me know so were aren't waiting for some one already @ Boomtown.

First I would like to thank Glenn again for joining the wife and I as well as for waiting for us. It was a fun run. Glen and I agree it was quite a bit wilder than it was three weeks ago. Recent rains have changed it quite a bit. This was the wife’s first real off road trip and she got a bit panicky in spots, but she had a great time. It still can be done stock but barely. Not recommended for off road virgins driving stock Tacos without a good spotter. And it may not PreRunnerable ether. Glenn got a 3” lift since the last time (looks good) and the wife said we should probably get one too, at least before we do another trail in that condition. Any suggestions and costs? I did a mud flap trim since the last time 4” front (7 ½” clearance) and 1” rear (9” clearance). I still dragged the flaps in some places but nothing like the first time. Glenn I would try this before removing the front flaps completely. Keep in mind all the salt and sand they put on the roads in winter. Glenn did the smaller ruts near the end and I shot this video.

Lift... OME 885 coils and an AAL or dakar leaf pack. Or toytec coilovers

I'm always happy to help on the install as well... and I've put quite a few of them in.

Matt (la0d0g) got his lift last night I get mine on Friday.
Probably a run in the future to try them out.

 

Here is a quick pic of the truck with the OME 884s and Billies installed. Rake is about right for me. Tomorrow new tires and wheels go on I'll post pics when complete.

Wow, I didn't know there was so many of you that live in Reno!
I have a stock Tacoma nothing special but I would love to go run some trails with you all if you wouldn't mind.

And Relentless lives here too! Man I have been putting off buying a front and rear bumper from you for like the last year.

 

When I started to organize this I think there were around 70 TW members in the area. These are just the ones interested in trail running.

You have been added to the list.
