    in a non sarcastic or joking way, how do you know that? not that im really that concerned about it but sometimes you're just curious how much your maxed out bar is compared to someone elses maxed out bar.

    If you look at your list in your CP you'll see the number of "points" you have...we figured out back in the day that those determined how much you give...both up and down


    if you click on site info, then members list, you can sort by clicking either post count or reputation...

    I know, but I think it should, much like my outlined plan above, that way if you really disapprove of something you leave neg (with your auto sig) if it bothers you but not enough to let the person know who you are it is neutral.
