Replace double cardan u-joint

    I've read various sites with people successful and unsuccessfully doing this. My truck is an 04, 4wd, 3.4L and the DC u-joint is a little loose. The part number on the u-joint is Koyo KC1719DL with outside c-clips. Has anyone done this and if so, what u-joint did you use? I'm hoping to not have to replace the whole shaft like the dealer told me they do if brought in.
