Replace non-intermittent wiper switch with intermittent variant

    I have a 2007 (2nd Gen?) Tacoma BASE and would like to upfrade my wiper control. What part number did you use to replace yours?

    I ended up fixing my problem back in Nov after I asked you about this, and I did find that at least on my truck the switch is replaceable without soldering. Its not as simple as plugging and unplugging a connector, it would require a depinning kit, but that's it. You can check out the thread I made on it, its mostly an erratic journey of someone who has no idea what their doing (me) trying to figure it out but I tried to post as much information as possible for the next guy.
