Before I take any car/truck for alignment, I loosen the tie rods ahead of time (and mark them).

Agreed with the people above. You need new tie rods.

And that shop is garbage if they did not tell you that.

It doesn't even look like the shop even touched your tie rods.
Since you replaced the LCA's they will be difference in manufacturing. Your tie rods looks in pretty bad condition. Takes a wire brush to them and clean them off.
Take it to a good Alignment shop and have them adjust the Toe.
What does your steering wheel look like???
The shop is suppose to adjust your toe and the alignment of your steering wheel at the same time.

Might be about time for replacement front shocks as well.

I'm curious, what brand LCA's did you get. For cam hardware, I replaced mine with Febest some five years ago. I greased the shafts up good cause my passenger side oem's seized with rust.

If they didn't set toe, camber & caster, they didn't align your truck.

I bought them off of extreme terrain came as a package deal with the upper and lower control arms for both sides I believe they are TRQ brand parts though, (EDIT) I see you were asking about hardware i used SPC Cam bolts

OVERALL UPDATE: I took apart the truck on both sides and as soon as i removed the spindle bolts and the lower controls arm was free, it wouldn’t even budge even with the shock disconnected, I believe the LCA bushings were pinched from tightening them when not jacked up high enough. I re greased the LCA bolts and re adjusted them and torqued them with the tires back on . just by looking at it with the wheel on it was straight again and wasn’t toed out at all I didn’t have to mess with the tie rods. I test drove it up my street and the steering wheel is a little cockeyed but it drives 10000000x better than before , I was holding on to the wheel for my live going 30 mph before, Now i drove it 15 miles to a much better allignment shop and it drove much better going up there, Although It is still very out of allignment at least it is straight and the toe is back where it should be. Now with all new ball joints I plan to do the struts and inner/outer tie rods and I will have a 100% rebuilt front end

    1. Did you torque the LCA bolts with the vehicle on the ground with all weight on the bushings? - This is important. They should be torqued at ride height.

    2. You took it back to an alignment shop without replacing the tie rods? - you will probably want another alignment after replacing the tie-rods. With great care you can get toe set well enough in a garage, but it's tricky.

Yeah i was just trying to get back in the road I haven’t had my truck in a few weeks because i’ve been working around the weather trying to get this done. The tie rods are still in good condition but will get replaced when I get some luck with the weather, and yes I did torque everything once it was on the ground with the tires on
