I replaced my front shocks with the billy5100s... I was waiting for my blocks to come in before I installed the rear shocks and had my truck aligned in the meantime.... Will i need to get it realigned once I put the 5100s with the blocks in the back??

X2 on the no. Your springs and u-bolts hold the rear axle in alignment.
