Replaced my OEM UCAs. They were rusty, but not totally shot by any means. Replaced with used OEM UCAs and new Napa bushings. Does this mean I need to get an alignment? If so why? I guess I don't understand how UCAs would alter alignment.

If you have an angle gauge, I'd just check the camber being 90 and call it a day. If you had a massive amount of play in the old bushings, then maybe, but if they were just worn out but not like the bolt was free floating around in there, you're probably fine.

How do you know that everything is "fine" if you didn't check the alignment? I don't understand.

I had no adverse tire wear before. If you have concerns and have already made up your mind, get an alignment. You asked for input.
