I didn't ay "Canadian English", I said "English or Canadian".
I see your from Ottawa. At least your avatar says so. If there are any strange twists it comes from there ha ha.
Every country that uses old English as their base language has their nuances and colloquialisms.
    USA too.
    Thanks eh.

I've been running an AGM for over 3 years with no issues - I didnt even know about the ECU flash stuff, I have a ton of lighting, winch, compressor, Redarc system to my Lithium setup - you name it. I'm running the X2Power one.

There's a bunch of these threads here. Hard to find with the search but if you go to google.com and type TacomaWorld.com and then your term like battery it works really well.

On one of these threads a guy recommended a CAT battery by caterpillar. More heat resistant apparently. It's on my radar in 14 months when mine dies.

In my experience, which involves maintaining batteries used in high vibration and harsh environments, flooded batteries are more reliable. Unless an AGM is specifically required due to the battery becoming inverted in use, a flooded is a more reliable option, with longer lifespan. So unless you plan on rolling your Tacoma, a good quality flooded battery will serve you better for longer.

Flooded is vented and vented means flooding your engine bay with acid if you spend time off road on washboard or other non-first world expressways. Of course, YMMV.
