I have a 2002 4wd SR5 Extra Cab Tacoma and yesterday I broke the glass on my driver's side wing window. I've got a great body shop guy that'll replace it but he will ask me to find the part if I can first to save me money and him time.

Does anyone know what I need to order or where to get it?

Links would be very helpful for this old and not so technically adept man.

    Thanks for any help offered.

Local auto glass shops will have these in catalogs..pretty pricey.....however shortages everywhere on all kinds of stuff.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/200948963280?fits=Model:Tacoma

    Vendor search yields

Search - Tacoma Extra Cab Quarter Glass Window 2002 (bing.com)

there are alot of sources for these....might even post on facebook...
someone local might be junking one out...might be able to get one for $25...
but if it was me...id just bite the bullet and do ebay or amozon...

Should of broke the other side...more of them and little cheaper....

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
That is what I like about having 0 deductible call the insurance companies preferred Glass vendor tell them what needs fixed as long as it is not raining or below Freezing they come fix it.

Getting cut once and a $2500.00 Hospital Bill I no longer mess with glass.

It never occurred to me to talk to my insurance agent. I do have full comprehensive coverage and I guess it might cover that wing window too... Thanks for the idea.

I've learned from Iphone screen replacements....

not all glass is created equal.......the one you broke may of been aftermarket...

unfortunately for us poor people....we chance the ebay stuff.....

I'm most likely die from something else anyways...

I recently replaced this exact window in my Taco myself. eBay ($40) and a straightforward install. I watched a YouTube video that showed me how to remove the inside panel to access the fastener.

The reason I had to replace said window? Because I locked the keys in my car literally at the top of a 8500' Sierra Nevada mountain and had forgotten to put back my spare key. It's a strange experience to break your own window intentionally :)

I broke mine in front of my bank cause I did the exact same thing. As I was forcing the window open to undo the latch I pulled a little too hard and it popped.
